As a senior I found it a little difficult to set up the app on wifi etc but once I downloaded the app and set the feeding times it was pretty easy. My main concern was if my dog would eat the biscuits from the feeder but she soon worked it out. She often walks over to it now hoping that new biscuits have dropped into the feeder
Works well for the most part until you actually want to set the timer. It seems no matter when I set it to feed it decides to spit out a portion generally every two hours. There doesn't seem to be any way to stop this and I have trouble shooted everything including factory resets etc. Unfortunately, I need to return it. I think it's a great product but this one is faulty. To be clear...it WILL spit out a serve at the specified times but also every two hours without fail.

I purchased this to make sure my cats always have dry food on hand, I always give them wet food in the mornings, but I know they like having dry food to snack on.The set up of this food dispenser is easy, but don't do what I did and skip the part of the instructions about portion size! Silly me set it to 40, thinking it would be 40g or enough to just fill the bowl. I was very very much wrong! Biscuits went everywhere as the bowl is not big enough to cater to that amount of food.I haven't tried using the USB cord with this product just yet, but I've been using D batteries, and so far it's been working perfectly.Just remember 1 portion = 10g. I have mine set between 2-3 portions for each 4 meals scheduled because my boys only snack at dry food and never finish a whole bowl of it.
