This website is operated by No Worries Pets. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to No Worries Pets. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

3. Products & Pricing

We source our products from trusted international suppliers, primarily through AutoDS. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue a product at any time without notice

  • Limit quantities purchased per person or order

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on location and product. Most items are delivered within 7–20 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, postal delays).

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate or incomplete. The content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
