📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.

🌏 Shipping Times & Delivery

Most of our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, including trusted sources such as AliExpress.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 7–20 business days

  • New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • Other international locations: Delivery times may vary depending on destination

Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be impacted by customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • We offer free standard shipping on most products Australia-wide.

  • Expedited shipping may be available for select items at an additional cost (if applicable, shown at checkout).

✅ Customs & Duties

While rare, international orders may incur customs or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Returns & Change of Mind

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • You must contact us at support@noworriespets.com.au before returning any product.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

⚖️ Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund — even after our 30-day window.
